I've come to know that our deepest longing is to be loved, to be appreciated, to be seen, heard and understood. Our heart knows the way. When our hearts are held, we feel this love, through connection both to our truth and to each other. Our experiences become rich and meaningful. When our hearts are ignited, we feel courageous, alive with passion and a deep sense of purpose.
Through my experiences, I've come to deeply understand that we all know each other by heart. That with this recognition, great wisdom awakens. The good news is we all have access to this infinite, guiding heart power source, this heartfire within, when we get out of our own way.
Curious, compassionate and full of fuego, I've had a passion for people since before I could even talk. It's driven my life-long quest to understand the way we all connect and to explore life in its fullest expression, beyond the confines of what's prescribed.
This curiosity has moved me far and wide, from my birthplace of Montreal to the corners of Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. I've launched creative endeavors, successful start ups, including a creative design firm and a women's contemporary collection sold in over 400 retail stores, and built my transformational practice as a Life Coach, Inspirational Speaker, Meditation Guide, and Reiki Master, impacting thousands across the globe.
